There are numerous ways to participate at no cost, and the goal is simple: “To inspire, educate & empower the public & providers about the importance of advance care planning.” The easiset thing you can do is draw attention to your existing resources about advance care planning on or around April 16. By joining forces with a broad range of others throughout the country, we can make a real difference in improving the lives of patients and their families.
